Here we are referring to lines 33-34, and "...she's destined to know these intimately.", it says. A lot of people go for B as the answer because it says "...believes the future will be bringing new emotional experiences.", but we're not talking about new emotional experiences. We're talking about how she's going to know the shades and degrees of this intimately; this means that C, she is going to be deeply affected by it.
