36 -- In slope questions remember that slope is always "rise over
run." any slope that slopes down from left to right is negative. Remember
the slope of a perpendicular line is the opposite and the reciprocal of the
slope of a line it is perpendicular to.
1 to 0 = 1 (rise)
0 to 3 = 3 (run)
so: -1/3 is the slope
